Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the api68 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm unconditionally that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and api68 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

api68 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions regularly. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Eligibility

To register an account and use the api68 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. api68 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. api68 will apply mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal guardianship, court order, or other restriction on your legal capacity, you are not eligible to register an account.
• One account per person: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on the api68 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same identity or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Not a self-excluded individual: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from api68 or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion program that covers api68. If you are subject to a self-exclusion order, you must not attempt to register a new account.

Account Registration

To access the full range of api68 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification; a valid and active email address; a valid Indonesian mobile phone number; your date of birth; and your preferred payment method details. You must not use false names, fictitious identities, or the personal information of any other individual when registering.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. api68 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact api68 support immediately at [email protected].

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. api68 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts, as notified to the Member in advance by email. api68 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Member before any fee is applied. Account balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

KYC Verification

api68 applies mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to all Member accounts as a condition of processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time by api68's compliance team where there is a reasonable basis to verify a Member's identity or payment method.

5.1 Required Documentation

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Payment Method: Verification that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in the Member's own legal name. For bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, or Bank Permata, a screenshot of the account holder name and account number as displayed in the relevant banking application is acceptable. For e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), equivalent documentation is required.
• Additional Documentation: In certain circumstances, api68 may request additional documentation including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence information. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.

api68 handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documentation is used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deposits

api68 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All account balances are maintained in IDR. The following deposit methods are currently supported: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the api68 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by api68 at any time without prior notice.
• api68 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which api68 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to the Member's api68 wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Under normal conditions, deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet credit within sixty (60) seconds. api68 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• api68 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if the deposit cannot be matched to a verified Member account or if the deposit originates from a payment method not registered in the Member's own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified api68 accounts are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: system maintenance windows, bank network outages, or compliance review requirements.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own legal name and previously verified under the KYC process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the api68 cashier at the time of request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of KYC verification will be held pending verification.
• api68 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, including but not limited to: requests above certain thresholds, requests to newly added payment accounts, or requests that occur within 24 hours of a password reset.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Only Real Money Funds that exceed any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

api68 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including Welcome Bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Lebaran (Idul Fitri), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts is considered a form of bonus abuse and will result in permanent account suspension.
• api68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the modification does not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited and subject to ongoing wagering requirements.
• Where a Member is found to have exploited a bonus offer — including through low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — api68 reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not satisfied within the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Member's account without replacement.

Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the api68 Platform — including slot games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Habanero; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming; sportsbook markets; togel draws; and crash titles from Spribe and other providers — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanisms, as appropriate to the game type. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results.

9.1 Sportsbook

Sportsbook markets cover domestic Indonesian competitions including BRI Liga 1 (featuring clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) international fixtures, the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and international competitions including the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup. Standard sportsbook rules apply to all markets. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available on eligible fixtures. Settled odds are final. api68 reserves the right to void bets affected by clearly erroneous odds publication, match abandonment, or verified instances of match irregularities.

9.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, api68 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where restoration is not possible, api68 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's account balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrable system malfunction are void.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the api68 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own legal name, or depositing funds on behalf of another individual.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the api68 Platform to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals for the purpose of obscuring their origin.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Members in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to api68 support immediately. Failure to report a known exploit and using it for financial gain is a serious breach of these terms.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the api68 Platform or interferes with the experience of other Members.
• Accessing the api68 Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while concealing your true location using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.

Responsible Gaming

api68 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire membership base. The following tools are available to all Members at any time through the account dashboard and may also be activated by contacting api68 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your api68 account. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each individual gaming session. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching and will be automatically logged out when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the api68 Platform. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, api68 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration.

Intellectual Property

All content on the api68 Platform — including but not limited to the api68 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game content, graphics, text, data compilations, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to api68 and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the api68 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any api68 content without the prior express written permission of api68. Any unauthorized use of api68 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, api68 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the api68 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data, where such unauthorized access results from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Actions taken by api68 in good faith pursuant to its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and KYC compliance requirements.

Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, api68's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

api68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where api68 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so under applicable law or by a regulatory authority.

Where an account is terminated by api68 due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or money laundering — api68 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds. Where an account is closed by api68 for any other reason, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Member via the Member's registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding compliance review.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their api68 account may do so by contacting api68 support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Funds balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which api68 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through api68's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

api68 provides an internal dispute resolution mechanism as a first step for all Member complaints. To initiate a formal complaint, Members must submit a written description of the dispute to [email protected]. api68 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve the dispute within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, api68 will cooperate with any applicable independent arbitration process provided under the terms of its international gaming license.

Amendments to These Terms

api68 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects the rights or obligations of existing Members, api68 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to the Member's account before the amendment takes effect. For minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing policy, or changes required by law on short notice — api68 may update these Terms & Conditions without advance notice.

The date shown as "Last Updated" at the top of this page always reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the api68 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Clause 14.
